The Texas Engineering Extension Service (TEEX) invites Training Professionals to join us over a Thursday and Friday in College Station, Texas, to discuss both instructional challenges and opportunities presented by emerging technologies and a transitional workforce.

The Benchmarking Conference will give you the information you need to be a more effective training professional, resulting in a higher-performing workplace. During the Benchmarking Conference, you'll collaborate with fellow training professionals on:

  • Identifying best practices for Distance- and E-learning
  • Learning why Emotional Intelligence (EI) is critical to leadership development
  • Understanding how to manage a multi-generational workforce
  • Benchmarking proven Instructional Design techniques
