Public Works: Planning for and Responding to a Terrorism / WMD Incident (MGT-317)
The grant-funded course, Public Works: Planning for and Responding to a Terrorism / WMD Incident, trains all first responders, including public works personnel, in their responsibilities to protect, restore and maintain critical infrastructure and services during a terrorist incident.
The Texas Engineering Extension Service (TEEX) offers other WMD courses and Homeland Security training. Home to the National Emergency Response and Rescue Training Center, TEEX is at the forefront of preparing the nation's emergency responders to handle man-made and natural disasters.
