The Biannual Strategy Implementation Report (BSIR) is a report that is completed twice yearly to update grant funding allocation through the life of the grant. The BSIR is entered into the Grant Reporting Tool (GRT) which is a secure web-based system developed by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Grants and Training (G&T). NEERTC provides staff that are experienced and proficient in the GRT to efficiently and accurately enter data into the tool.
