Response Technology

The Response Technology Program serves as a product research, testing, and assessment center for developers and manufacturers of products and technologies relevant to Homeland Security professionals and emergency responders. TEEX supports the emergency responder community by providing companies various testing and product assessment capabilities to accelerate development of emerging technologies and existing products to meet the needs of emergency responders.

The Response Technology Program can conduct and provide facilities for product testing, analysis, and assessment for developers and manufacturers across a broad spectrum of emergency response and industrial products:

Search and Rescue Fire HazMat Law Enforcement
EMS Water Craft Disaster Logistics Robotics
Public Works WMD/CBRNE Decontamination Industrial Safety

TEEX has an extensive cadre of domestic and international subject matter experts and emergency response professionals.

Our staff can provide an extraordinary depth and breadth of technical expertise to help your company create solutions that help solve complex problems. These solutions can provide your company ideas that would aid emergency responders in doing their job faster, safer, and more efficiently.

    The Response Technology Program can provide solutions that will augment and complement your product and can provide collaboration with a vast array of state and government research departments within The Texas University A&M System.

    Staff with the Response Technology Program can assist with prototype and product development, as well as provide real-world testing and assessment of homeland security response tools and procedures.
