Texas Manufacturing Assistance Center The Texas Manufacturing Assistance Center (TMAC) is a member of the NIST Manufacturing Extension Partnership. TMAC assists small to mid-size manufacturers improve their business and the economy through training and technical assistance related to plant layout, lean manufacturing, quality standards, and business practices.
