Disaster Recovery Purchasing: State & Local Governments

TEEX is a participating vendor in the Disaster Recovery program as identified with the icon on the GSA eLibrary.

State and local governments are authorized to use certain Federal Supply Schedules of the GSA for purchase of products and services to facilitate recovery from a major disaster declared by the President or to facilitate recovery from terrorism or chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear or explosive (CBRNE) attack. The purchases are authorized under Section 833 of the John Warner National Defense Authorization Act (Public Law 109-364). Use of Federal Supply Schedules is voluntary.

Ordering Information

TEEX has special registration requirements for GSA participants. Please contact the appropriate TEEX Division to register for a GSA-approved course.
