Hazardous Waste Management

Federal and state regulations require training for all persons who manage or handle hazardous wastes at large quantity generators or a Treatment, Storage, and Disposal (TSD) facility. Small quantity generators are also required to be thoroughly familiar with the compliance issues discussed in this course. (40 CFR 262.34) (PDF).
